Job Description:

The Tier 1 support engineer is a critical role within our organization.  The position is a customer-facing role where you will work with clients on overcoming cases within the AVOXI product line.  In this role, you will be learning the ability to onboard new customers through our proprietary application, learn how to use industry-standard tools, and get exposure to telephony troubleshooting with our carriers in VOIP telephony environments.  In addition, you will be a part of the amazing culture we are building at AVOXI.

Required Skillset:

Optional / Preferred:

  • Contact Center Experience
  • Customer facing experience
  • SaaS / Software as a Service troubleshooting
  • B2B / Enterprise level mission-critical software experience 
  • Telecommunications (SIP)
  • IP communication analysis through Wireshark

Education, Experience, & Training Required: 

  • 0-3 years
  • College degree preferred
